FITABILITY OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP – SATURDAYS 10AM

This HIIT style class uses a series of vigorous movements done against time – bodyweight exercises, the use of small equipment, working individually or in pairs these are completed in several rounds and finished with a team relay race. Please contact us for more details or meet us at the bandstand between 09:45-10:00am. You will be put through your paces by “Matt the Merciless”, a REPS Level 4 Elite Personal Trainer who doesn’t just stand around telling you what to do – he does the whole lot with you!!!  Tell your friends in local Wapping, Shadwell and Limehouse because if there are 10 or more in the class you pay only £5!!!  So make the most of the great outdoors by getting into shape with a fun group of all ages / shapes / sizes / fitness levels – this super class really does fit all!

FITABILITY RUNNING CLUB – SATURDAYS 8AM

Geared towards the generic population who have little to moderate experience of running and would like to build up to a higher level. The run will be adapted accordingly so that it will be challenging for everyone at their own levels – in particular we work on speed in the park so experienced runners also stand to benefit by adding intensity to their usual pace!  The aim is to learn to run with good form, enjoy yourself whilst doing so and gain some good general fitness…. let’s not forget, running is the quickest way to lose weight – FACT!
